Forensic Evaluations

I am a certified forensic evaluator in the state of Oregon and can conduct the following types of forensic evaluations:

1. Competency to Stand Trial
2. Criminal Responsibility
   • GEI-Guilty Except for Insanity
   • Diminished Capacity
   • Extreme Emotional Disturbance

Capacity to Parent Evaluations

I have experience in conducting evaluations to determine if an individual is fit to parent and have assisted on many legal dependency cases.

Clinical Evaluations

I am also trained and have experience with conducting clinical psychological evaluations.

Independent Psychological Examinations (IPEs)

I have experience conducting IPEs to determine if an individual has a mental health condition due to work.

Psychological Consultations

I am an expert in the area of conducting psychological evaluations with Latinos and can provide assistance to attorneys or fellow psychologists or other mental health providers working with individuals from Latin backgrounds.
